The Freeflow Institute is a non-profit teaching college writing courses simultaneously with outdoor adventure and experiences. After meeting the director during a river trip down the middle fork of the salmon, we agreed to keep in touch. A little under six months later she reached out with the hope that I could design a piece of podcast art for her. So I did.

After playing around with ideas, I ended up with a design that emanated both river flows and topographical maps. This played into the stories Freeflow was trying to tell with their podcast. Around that time I also started to explore digital design and ended up using online software to add a few more effects to the final piece.
